Mad Dash (S2021 Team 14)

Mad Dash is a heart-racing, chasing game filled with science experiments gone wrong and redemption. 

You play as Winston, a disgruntled scientist who has brought the dead to life and is now being chased by his own creation. Winston must learn how he can avoid attacks and save his research.

Dash through your abandoned laboratory full of different pathways, deserted equipment, and dangerous hazards. As you move through the lab, stay focused and don't stop moving. Stay on the run as you must find a way to escape from and save your creation for future research. 

Key Features: 

• 3D Platforming & Boss Battle:
  • Multiple pathways, each with its own hazards. Just when you think you've outrun the creature, you're tasked with a one-on-one battle.
• Chilling & Scientific Visuals: 
  • 3D characters traversing through a maze-like environment.
• Creature's Diverse Fighting Abilities: 
  • Once you enter the boss battle, you must generate a new strategy for tranquilizing the creature now that he has developed new fighting abilities. 

Game Controls:

• Move your player forward, left, backward, and right by pressing WASD keys 
• Press the spacebar to jump 
• Move mouse left/right to pan camera view
• Move mouse up/down to change y-axis position of camera view
• Boss Battle: 
  • Left-click mouse to shoot 
  • Press & hold right-click of mouse to scope and increase damage done to creature
