Death Rattle (2023 Team 15)

A spin off of the classic snake game: in this game you are given a snake to control with a gun on its tail. Move with either the arrow keys or WASD and shoot your gun with either the space bar or the left mouse button. Collect ammo to enlarge the snake and get as high a score as possible while shooting down birds and beasts who are after you and your nest.

Unlike the classic snake game, you are allowed to have the snake overlap with itself; however you will take damage if you shoot yourself. Your life total is displayed by the number of eggs in your nest, and you will receive a game over once you run out of them.

Death Rattle is a game made by group 15 of the 2023 spring semester class of CWRU's CSDS/ECSE 290 Intro to Game Design and Implementation course.

It is recommended that this game be played in full screen mode as there is a bug that causes the screen to crop otherwise.
